I ended up using my Best Buy Total last month for an Oculus Meta Quest 2 that had accidental damage to the controller. Best Buy offered to replaced the entire device and even upgraded to Meta Quest 3 for a little over 100 dollars. This included the insurance deposit for the damage and the small price difference for the newer device. Let me add, the insurance coverage started over again for another 2 years for this device. Because of this awesome experence, I once again renewed my Best Buy Total that was expiring a few days later. Im glad I did! I have bought SO MUCH electronics from best buy all because of the comfort you feel knowing that if you break something expensive it can be replaced forna small deposit everytime. I highly recommend best buy total to anyone who's looking for a great electronic insurance plan.

Haven't used it yet, but I will to buy 2 TVs and hang them on the wall. You can get customer help from the Geek Squad also, sales, and so much more.

This is nice to have if you have a lot of electronics. If you need your computers or other equipment reset or having issues with them, you just take it in and they fix it. No stress or hassle

I have saved so much money with the membership. Dont have to pay extra for a protection or replacement plan, and was able to get my computer rebuilt without having to come out of pocket. I already had all the parts purchased and sent to bestbuy geek squad and they built it for me.

Seems to be a good deal. My biggest disappointment with it is in order to get points you must use Best Buy credit card. Paying any other way will NOT get you points. Also, in general, their member prices are in line with Amazon price so don't get this just because it could "save" you money on the product. All other features may make it worth it for you.

I shop frequently at BestBuy and have for years. The money i save with this membership and the benefits more than pay back the cost.
