I shop regularly at Best Buy so it makes total sense to join their membership. Appliances, TVs, car audio, my list goes on and with the membership I have definitely gotten great value

Purchasing and renewing my annual Total Membership is a no brainer decision. I've got over two dozen products protected by this membership at any given time. I keep insurance on my exercise equipment for piece of mind and the deals and discounts pay for itself.

Just started so I hope it works out. I asked for the details in writing but no one can help me.

Membership is a real value. Geek squad alone has saved me so many times.

This membership is a great deal. It's also nice to know that Iwe can contact the Geek Squad any time if we need help or have a question.

I was skeptical of this membership, but I’m glad we got it. I don’t know anything about computers and I have two tweens who are getting PCs for Christmas. I needed to make sure I would have someone to help me with the PCs. The kids decided to build their own computers. We picked out all of the parts with the help of two great BB employees. With the membership, the Geek Squad built the computers in less than a week and they’re ready to pick up. Other than paying for the membership, it didn’t cost more to have BB build the computers, and if anything doesn’t work or gets broken, we’ll have support. Definitely worth it so far!

This one I have mixed emotions on. I hused it one time and it was great for my PC. However I needed it again and this time I got persons pretending to be Geek Squad. The first person couldn't make heads or tails and tried to send me to someone elsewho also wanted control of PC. I complained in store but no one could helpo and the answer was to send tech for $150.00? Why do I have this service if you are going to charge me for needing to use the service I am paying for every month?

Great picture clarity. Ease of transfer of data. I use it in "mancave"...the all in one has freed up desk space.

Peace of mind is the best thing anyone can do for their purchases from Best Buy. They have superior customer support.

I’ll be honest at first I was a little hesitant as a result of the price deciding whether or not it would be a value. I continuously save a percentage on all of my purchases. I get AppleCare on all my products and I purchased a lot of those and the geek squad at my particular location is fabulous.

This membership is such a great return of the cost of the membership. We needed our information moved to our new computer and it was covered with this plan. The Geek Squad team we worked with were amazing and did a great job! Jeremy and Jacob thank you!! Bonus is we have coverage for 2 years on our other electronics!!! The plan paid for itself in my first time using it!
