Ease of mind if something goes wrong. Happy I bought it, as it includes Geek Squad help, and Owyn was sooooo patient in helping me set up my new cell phone (also purchased at this BB location.) It has already paid for itself.

This membership was well worth it's value. We have used it with satisfaction multiple times in store as well as via remotely. It's good to have technical support at hand should I run into a problem that I'm unable to solve.

I been a tech member for over 4 years its 100 percent worth having, every single Tech I spoken to have been extremely helpful, friendly, courteous and very very patient with me as i am slow with computer. I rarely frequent Best Buy stores because most of the time I purchase electronics Online. However, my first experience buying a laptop in person then using your website was a great experience. The person I was provided was professional and friendly, and they answered multiple questions that I had. Experience that I had was also a great experience that once I selected what I wanted to buy, and I went to pick it up it was ready for me to pick up so it was fast and convenient. I will highly recommend Best Buy to my friends and family.
