I signed up for Best Buy’s Total Plan, and it’s been completely worth it. The biggest benefit for me has been the extended warranty and protection. it gives me peace of mind knowing my devices are covered beyond the manufacturer’s warranty. On top of that, the free Geek Squad support is super helpful. Anytime I’ve had a question or needed help setting something up, I’ve been able to get quick and reliable assistance.

I have used this membership for 6 years or so and I have always hadthe need for it a couple times a year. The Geek Squad has always been very helpful and quick to fix my needs on every occasion. Money well spent!!

I have been pleasantly surprised by the customer service that is available and how helpful the staff have been over chat. But what most surprised me was that the deals that are offered being a member are outstanding. I found something I was looking for that was significantly more affordable as a result of being a member. Simply put, I am grateful.

Love the membership. Everything we buy is protected without fail. Haven’t had to use it much but when we did it was replaced without question. Great program. Highly recommend.

This Total membership is a good value. Already I have gotten wonderful help at two different appointments with the Geek Squad, no charge because of this membership. No doubt there will be more.

If tech help is needed it is nice to know that I have a place to go and techs there know what to do in order to get you back to the many jobs that our computers do for us today.

For me it's been well worth the money. we've taken computers in for a tune-up, mouse pad stopped work, it was fixed within a few days and didn't cost me a dime

I thought this membership was a great value. It covers the damages to my Macbook and offers assistance if there are any technical issues and it was half the price of Apple+. I havent had to use it so far and I hope I never do but I'm happy with it.

I had a issue with my pro’s I walked in and walked out with a new pair no hassle no long wait just as I was told prior to signing up got the membership and it was so satisfying.

I can't say enough about My Best Buy Total membership. I've had it in various name-forms for 13 years now. It has saved me a lot of headaches in fixing my devices. I have geek squad come on remotely every two months for a pc-tune up which keeps me running in top form. And it's super helpful for aiding my 'senior' dad who has troubles with anything techy. Geek squad is there to the rescue. Also nice that they cover all my devices in my household. With 4 adult folks living here, all with multiple devices, it's been a lifesaver. The first thing I tell folks when they ask me for tech help is to invest in the Best Buy plan. It's the best investment you can make for your sanity.

The Best Buy total protection service is a great tool to have. the service is excellent. The Best Buy customer service is top notch. We recently bought a new computer and the Best Buy total package. So far, a great investment. They transferred all my data from old laptop to new one perfectly. Then about a week later, I had trouble with a software installation and they fixed it free of charge as part of the agreement in about 10 minutes. Great service tech, very friendly and competent.
