I have been a member for a few years. My computer failed and could not be repaired. Geek Squad came to my home and followed up with info for a new computer. They installed the new one. I had problems much later due to my error. I went on line to make appointment with Geek Squad to have it corrected. Being a senior I feel comfortable having this service.

BEST THING I COULD HAVE PURCHASED TO PROTECT MY INVESTMENT.

My pc had been acting up with OS corruption and a failing motherboard. My hard drive was also very old. These issues kept recurring, but I was able to make several appointments with Geek Squad for a much lower cost by having this subscription. I saved well over $500. If you think you're going to be making many large purchases or making many Geek Squad appointments, then this is definitely something to consider.

All of the agents are so helpful, kind and knowledgeable fast and efficient. Very very impressed with my whole situation.

I have had this service since they started it. It has been a little disappointing on the auto service part of it because they have really limited what can be installed into your vehicle and that is only if you can get in. I once had to wait a couple of months just to get a security system put in due to Best Buy in Fargo only having 1 person working for that department. For a big city like Fargo, you need to have several people working and make sure they get paid for it. The price should be dropped more just to get me to stick around after this last membership subscription.

This membership is a real value for all your needs. Not a bad price for your peace of mind.

We have saved thousands of dollars with this yearly membership and is worth every penny. We recently had one of those LG fridges with a faulty compressor break after 13 months, (LG was sued over this and they settled last year) Best Buy took care of us and we were able to get a replacement fridge at no cost to us! If we didn’t have the protection plan, it would have taken weeks for LG to make things right and replace their faulty fridge. We have also saved a lot of money with TV mounting, and I can always call Geek Squad for technical support and I know I have the experts on my side, being a total tech member gives me peace of mind on our purchases (washer & dryer protected as well) you don’t want to regret not having it if you do encounter issues with your purchases in the future.

This membership has provided me great value. I appreciate the benefits I received through this membership.

This service is still of value to me but I am disappointed they no longer provide free installation.

Membership is worth it. Didn’t have it for years and that’s years that I regret.

I've had the membership for a month now and after a few purchases. I find just recieving the extended warranty as a nice benefit. Though I'll probably wont really use it. My biggest issuebis not with the service but with hiw its implemented in the app. I have to search for member deals only through the app, and the saving applied is not accurate. I only notice the total saving adding extended warranty savings apples. Member prices or deal are not being added to the total. Excample: My savings says I've saved like $2 If you added the switch game deal. One game had $10 off member price and the 3rd game free. That should make my savings more like $72.
