I appreciate the benefits of the protection and support offered for the new laptop I purchased. For the first time in 25+ years, I am using my own personal device versus the one supported by my work. For a new retiree, the comfort of having support is muchly appreciated.

This membership is a real value. It is great peace of mind knowing that a reputable company such as Best Buy is standing by to lend a hand if the going gets tough (especially for those big ticket items) plus the savings that are from time to time available and the help that is available for those smaller but nonetheless important technical questions that arise from time to time.

This membership is worth it as it adds a year to the 1-year manufacturing warranty for my new $1,499 Lenovo laptop. I already saved $390 and hours of my time when the Geek Squad set up my new Lenovo laptop and transferred the data from my old Dell laptop. I highly recommend this purchase.

My membership just paid for itself with a "clean-up" by the Geek Squad, worth more than the price of the membership. It's nice knowing we can go to those folks -- both guys and gals -- and get the computer cleared of faulty add-ons that keep interfering with my work.

This has already paid for itself. Had the entire household, full of computers and laptops updated and cleared of issues for the cost of just the membership. Then free delivery, member pricing, and early access to new tech.

Makes returning and getting service a lot easier I was hesitant to spend that much money on it but when you pay for AppleCare and other warranties, it makes it worth it because everything is under the same umbrella

This membership is a great value. Member prices plus unlimited Geek Squad support. Love the peace of mind of getting protection plans on my purchases.

Although, I haven't had to use total tech, I've found that the benefits are will worth it, especially when you're considering new appliances & the warranties are outrageous they do not make quality merchandise anymore you need a warranty for everything, this is the way to go.

Membership gives you peace of mind used it a few times they were great at a good price paid for itself.

I find value in the membership from specific savings to the Apple Care+ included for 24 months.

I started off the new year needing service to a one-month-old Sony Bravia. I reached Geek Squad coverage not realizing that the contract had changed to a charged appointment for 129-00. As always, the Agent was polite and willing to answer all the questions I had regarding the appointment. I didn't realize that the service had changed. I'm pleased to say that the service for the appointment was waived. I rely on this service because my physical limitations prevent me from taking a 43-inch tv to the store, not to mention the added cost. I know and understand that Best Buy must be current with their expenses. I'm pleased that the technician that arrived was able to answer all my questions and help me get the tv back in working order

I love the membership perks. I the only reason i dont give it 5 stars is because it auto renewals.

These type of things is like insurance, you pay for them in hopes you never use them, but when you need them you hope they work, and the Geek Squad is real! Was planning a trip using my computer, clicked on a link and BAM! RANSOM VIRUS! At first I thought, what I have clicked on that link before, or maybe one that looks just like it. Anyways, picked up my phone and called the GEEK Squad, they walked me thru how to get back online in a fe seconds, then scanned my system to remove the virus, and any other added items it may have added, within 30 minutes, I was back planning my trip, Well worth the price, never left my house, no one came to my door, and stayed on the phone with me through out the whole process.
