I would NEVER be without the Total membership. I have used it time and time again and KNOW I have saved a great deal of money in the long run. The Geek Squad is always there when I need them and always help me with my problems.

Knowing that my purchases and equipment will be protected by this membership gives me peace of mind.

So I bought it with the new laptop I bought. Since then I did get an air purifier and Playstation digital gift card both of which I did get money off of. The only concern I have is that the protection plan that comes with the computer as well as the air purifier is that I now have deductibles as opposed to when I bought the regular protection plan there was no deductibles. That was something I wasn't told and didn't know about it ahead of time. Which I really wish I had been explained that first. I do believe I still have time to switch it I'm kind of debating. I don't know if you can buy a protection plan on top of this or not I guess I would have to ask.

I am ecstatic about this membership. The total membership provides so many good things, including discounts, geek, squad help, and extended warranties on many items. I absolutely love it.

I recommend this product for anyone owning electrical devices and that would include phones and computers. I can'not tell you how many times I used the Total Tech support as I modernized my computers or the software is us in my computers.

It definitely wound up being worth the price to know that my computer was taken care of and anything that needed to be done was going to be no additional charge

Protection a plus Looking forward to a Long lasting relationship

I’m happy with purchase but I was disappointed in the fact they made me pay full price to upgrade to the Best Buy total membership when I purchased the Best Buy plus about 5 months prior. But I’m glad I bought the total membership because I typically try and purchase the extended warranty on my more expensive products. With this membership it’s included. There have also been some solid savings opportunities because of the membership.

Best Buy!! I would recommend anyone to go to. They have awesome customer service. They are very friendly. Love my computer!!

Never buy any electronics, appliances or services without getting the total membership. It would be foolish not it.

I was fortunate enough to sign up for the plan that offers more services and I have taken advantage of it — had 2 squad members come out and install a new TV — they also move existing TV upstairs and verified that both were working to factory specs — also needed phone support for my Eason Printer and needed my laptop deep cleaned because a scammer— all taken care of at no additional charge and without any hastle — when renewed next year some of those services will no longer be included but the cost will go down some — very happy to have purchased this service — most item warranties also get extended to 24 months under this plan and members get special discounts

I like that my computer is covered whether I bought it from Best Buy or not.
