I do like the membership. A lot of benefits. Glad best buy is an hours drive away. If not I would be in trouble by spending my whole paycheck there.

I have found this membership to be very useful when addressing issues on my laptop. The Geek Squad also came out to help set up my new printer. One thing I did not like was paying in advance with a card for a service not yet provided when scheduling a time to set up the printer. This is something that should be done at the time of service.

I think this is one of the best purchases you can make if you buy anything at Best buy. Great return policy and the protection plan is perfect for any unforseen issues.

There is no way to make a purchase at best but without grabbing this deal. It has helped me so much and given me so much peace of mind when we I have an issue. The service is unbelievable

I wish i would have gotten this early when purchasing some of my other appliances. Would have saved more after paying for the membership. Adds peace at mind. Not having to pay extra every time. Just a flat rate, it pays for itself ten fold.

I have been a Best Buy Total Tech member for years. I'm very happy to have the services they provide, and I can't imagine being without this membership. I own a number of devices and questions arise. It brings me such peace of mind to call the Geek Squad and get an answer that I can trust. I think the best service is remote access to install a program or fix a problem. I have not experienced any problems with remote access and have built confidence permitting a Geek Squad member to access my computer. I rely on the Geek Squad quite a bit, plus this membership offers other valuable services, including warranty on items bought at Best Buy.

It helped me save a lot of money on repairs for my computer.

I purchased this membership for the value per year plus all of the perks that come along with it. I haven't had to use it or make any claims yet, hopefully I don't have to. But if I do, I hope the process is smooth.
