I purchased this when my bank account was being hacked since I do online banking. Geek Squad evidently got rid of the malicious program put on my electronics by a hacker because for the full year of service I haven't had anymore problems

I purchased this because I needed my laptop fixed. They worked quickly and fixed everything. Since then, I needed the team for a second tech fix. Then, I just purchased a new laptop from Best Buy, and needed it shipped since it wasn’t in stock. I didn’t realize it, but I also get free 2day shipping with the program.

I cancelled my total protect as a friend advise me it was not worth it. BIG Mistake! I lost all my warrenties for my previous purchases. And I buy all my devices & appliances from BEST BUY!
