I cancelled my total protect as a friend advise me it was not worth it. BIG Mistake! I lost all my warrenties for my previous purchases. And I buy all my devices & appliances from BEST BUY! Within 2 months of my cancellation, I purchaed it again! There is nothing like the peace of mind and haggle free repairs and replacements that this program provides! ❤️ It is a must have!!!

I like the fact that I have access to tech support when I need it although the timeliness and breadth of that support hasn't quite lived up to my expectations.

Everyone I have dealt with at my Best Buy store has been very knowledgeable and very helpful. If they have a question they don't hesitate to ask for help to find the answer. I have had two experiences with Geek Squad and can't say enough about the service and got product back sooner than expected.

I have been to see the Geek Squad in store at least 4 times in the past 2 months. It is great to have this service available without additional charge. The technicians have been knowledgeable and helpful. Additionally, having the membership offers extended warranty duration.

The Geek squad is great. I feel like getting in touch with my local store is worse than pulling teeth, but once I get an appointment and get to the store, they are great. It's very expensive even yet with lots of frustration.

A very valuable service to have. The security of just knowing that quality tech support is just a phone call away and at home tech support is there if it is needed.

My phone was hacked and my desktop went down at the same time. Both were fixed quickly. My phone and PC have worked flawlessly since bringing them home. BTW, they carried my desktop out to my car. Everyone was friendly, courteous and professional and I paid nothing. My membership covered it all.

Well worth the money I spent on this compared to cost of repair!!
