Wouldnt go without it. It supports every best buy purchase in the house. Wouldnt go with out it. Been a best buy customer for many yrs.

Considering that I saved a 3x the cost of the My Best Buy Total membership, didn't have to pay the $249 for the Protection, and the discount on my first purchase using 0% interest financing if paid in full for 24 months. The money that I will also save on my planned future purchases, it's already paid for itself and the rest of the benefits are basically just extra perks.

I bought a processor at Best Buy and Sophia in the Grapevine store was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and answered all my questions. She set up the processor like I wanted, She restored my data from my old processor and placed the data on the new one. I received great customer service from Sophia.

Geek Squad was amazing! Fast, professional, and knowledgeable. They diagnosed my issue quickly and had everything running perfectly again. Highly recommend their service!

Incredible value in my opinion. After getting enough tech to believe it was worth it, I no longer have to worry about my tech having issues. The 2 year support and 90 day price match are great.

I've had this for years but they keep removing benefits and raising the pricd..I'm starting to rethink it. I'm not someone who had ever needed Geak Squad computer support and the one time I tried to use their TV install service, they dailed and i had to do it myself. The "total member" price is the same as every other sale price, and the warranty services ow has a deductable and a repair cost limit. Eh.

I have used geek squad for other items so it was a no brainer for me to get this when i bought my sons new laptop. I need it to last multiple years so having this coverage for a good price gives me that extra peace of mind especially with the great customer service the geek squad consistently provides.

I expected the Dell computer to work but the downloading from my old computer and the Geek Squad help with the cabling was exceptional.

The membership is pretty good. If you have a bit of income and can make it work for you on large purchases such as appliance and electronics it has value.

I feel secure knowing I have a five year warranty. I purchased a TV from another competitor I was treated horribly. I will now be going to Best Buy for high ticket items. Thank you for restoring my faith and offering quality products.

I have found no matter how many times or how many of the family laptops need updates or saving data, a Geek Squad Agent is always there to provide the assistance we need.

This membership is ultimately the BEST deal! Member prices in addition to unlimited Geek Squad support are awsome. I also love the fact that I get protection plans on all my purchases. It's a win win all around that produces great eace of mind for me.

Although I struggled to contact the store directly and that was very frustrating and could of been an unnecessary roadblock, my in store experience was great and everything went smoothly.

The new membership is a very good value, which saves money but not having to purchase a new pc and I can also bring in my other computers if they need service. Plus, you can trust the Best Buy technicians they have a lot of knowledge. They always welcoming to their customers and service their customers with expertise. What a great plan for a whole year. Hopefully, they lower the price.

Although, I haven’t had a chance to use it yet I know from others that it’s worth the investment in getting, especially if you tend to purchase a good bit of technology.

I still think the membership is a good value. The extended service plans are helpful. I do miss the install and delivery being included though.

My purchase of a yearly contract is great because one never knows what may happen. I live near Prescott and this is the only store near us. s a senior options are minable. Service is greatly appreciated.
