I have had My Best Buy Total since its inception many years ago. It is the best insurance value I have ever had. On-line Geek assistance is great, I use at least two or three times per year; have received excellent Geek assistance in person at the store and have been pleased it assures coverage for more than my own unit within my household. I have recommended it to friends and they have had the same satisfaction. Knowing you have the Geeks assistance has made me much more productive and knowledgeable.

The best thing I have purchased this year. You will be glad you purchased the membership if you experience problems with your computer like I have you have the geeks to help you. For a full year they will help no matter your issue or problem.

Bought a new computer and wanted to transfer the info from my old computer but am computer inept so wanted to have it done for me. By getting the Total membership it cost me nothing and I have continuing help for the next year. Already paid for itself! Thanks!!

As a Best buy total membership subscriber it gives you a peace of mind Yes the once a year renewal is a little spendy but at the end of the day it gives you a piece of mind that you got protection cover on any items that you buy for Best buy without have to purchase a separate geek squad extend the warranty I totally recommend purchasing it especially if you buy from Best buy!!

The membership is amazing for all tech but especially if you have a computer or something else that is out of warranty. My computer was having problems and they took it in after asking what it was doing and now it runs great!!! I'm so glad i got the membership, it's much cheaper then buying a new laptop.

This has been a fantastic product. It's worth It's weight in gold. The amount of money i've saved as a result of this product is insurmountable. I highly recommend it.

I Love feeling like I'm protected when my computer is backed up. This membership, I feel has already paid for itself. Geek squad is awesome and very knowledgeable.

I love that I can get support from Geek Squad and have less worries with the protection plan, and the members pricing is a bonus.

I really forgot to get this membership and never had any problems for almost 5 years until I git a virus and got to the store when it opened and they were able to help me right away. This is truly a great membership to have and a great value

I feel like it is a required membership because we own a laptop that we purchased from best buy, however I feel like its to expensive for just the 1 item. I have a college student and wasnt offered software at student discount and cant change so its very expensive but necessary

They help us out whenever we need it and give us good price matches and money back if bought within 2 months if it goes on sale!

Great membership to have if you purchase multiple items throughout the year, everything is covered including geeksqaud services.

5 stars if it was cheaper because I feel as though I was not getting much out of it. I saved a total of $100 but only because I went to Best Buy more because of my membership. The 24/7 tech support was nice.

The membership is a great value. Member prices and unlimited Geek squad support are great. I think the piece of mind getting protection plans are great.
