AT 82 YRS OF AGE I DO NOT UNDERSTAND THE REAL BENEFITS I RECEIVE WITH THIS MEMBERSHIP WITHOUT READING ALL THE COMPLEX WORDING. I JUST ASK THE AGENTS IN THE STORE SUCH AS THE GEEK SQUAD . I know they can fix my computers.

I signed up due to a problem, Geek asquad quickly resolved it, i have gone back 3 times for other tech challeges with great results

I just recently purchased this support membership, becasue I hade a remote service for many years and they must have been sold to a company that is not ablut helping but, more about scamming and getting you to pay for fixing issues you don't even have. If you have ever used a comany by US TECH SUPPORT BECAREFUL!

The membership was worth it since we also bought a TV and it also covers that and any other tech equipment we buy. It extended the warranty for 2 more years. Well worth it.

Having Geek Squad support is great. It gives us peace of mind knowing we can rely on knowledgeable staff who can solve our issues.

I was skeptical about making this purchase because I wasn’t sure if I needed it. However, after getting two new MacBooks and two new Apple iPhones, this Service has given me plenty of peace and security. The geek squad Members which I have dealt with have been nothing less than amazing. They have impressed me significantly with their knowledge of these Apple products.
