3 year member, I was very disappointed when my membership had an expired card on it. I contacted them 4 days too late to rectify. No w, ALL OF MY WARRANTIES ARE NULL AND VOID. My account still shows all of them. But I am out of luck. I called. The "back" office was supposed to contact me, but its been 5 DAYS, nothing. Now way to contact for help to fix. So, I paid more to go with Best Buy and now it kind of wasn't worth it without the coverage,

Definitely worth it, wouldn’t recommend making purchases without the membership, saved me tons of money by switching to Best Buy!!

Love having the geek squad support. Really great to have multiple PC's covered. Price is reasonable for services rendered. Plus the staff are friendly and knowledgeable.

This membership is a great value for all purchases at Best Buy. They qualify for this protection. I had to return a very expensive television, but when there was no replacement available, I received a gift card for a little less than what I paid for the television. It is also come in handy for other items, such as laptop protection, most recently the charger cord for the laptop broke, and I was mailed a brand new one within a week.

Worth every penny. Having all your purchased items protected is worth it alone for me. The deals you get are great as well. If you shop here often its a must buy.

My wife loves the HP Omnibook laptop we purchased. It's easy to use and the touchscreen moves everything along. She struggled with her previous laptop She loves the big screen.

I get it for the geek squad support. Go to them for anything once and you already earn your money's worth. Anything else comes up and you're saving money, potentially hundreds.

Use my membership often to keep the computer clean. Always helpful and are efficient and effective.

I am not one for store memberships, especially if I have to pay for the sub as I have a fixed income, but when I had to bring in my PC for a scan and diagnostic, the Total Membership was a little more expensive than the diagnostics. I have a custom build PC, and know nothing about computers, so the total membership pays for itself in cleanings, diagnostics and anything other care my PC will need. Additionally, in-store protection plans are included with the membership, no need to pay extra, which has always been my turn-off. tldr: The Total Membership is well worth the price and more than pays for itself.

Get this membership, i purchased a laptop on Saturday and Sunday i had to return as the internal screen was cracked. I was able to return the laptop and exchange it for a brand new one without any issues!!

I appreciate the encouragement from one of the managers to purchase this because it was only $30 more and I was getting my computer worked on. So, it paid off. I have worked with Geek Squad members and they have been so helpful. So, as of now, I'm very pleased.

Seems to be getting more expensive every year. With less covered. Appliance take away was an important feature for me that was removed.

My decision to to become a member was simple and easy. Best Buy offers a variety of products and services. One in particular is access to the Geek Squad. Unlike other options, the ability to pick and choose what electronic products I would consider, the Geek Squad enables me to address any and all issues.

Membership is great! It offers sooo many perks. I only purchase my electronics & phones & games & accessories from Best Buy. They back their products

Being able to get so many different discounts a day and the ability for anything happens to the items I buy like an Xbox elite controller I could have it repaired at Geek Squad. I love the Best Buy total membership and I would recommend it to anybody. Especially if you for instance, happen to buy a laptop there crack the screen they can repair it.

I love that this plan will protect my purchases. i feel more comfortable products with these types of plans.

I recommend purchasing the BEST BUY membership. It keeps you at ease for the items covered and virtually pays for itself in replacement or repair.
