I must admit the Geek Squad helped move my two old drives into this new Gaming pc and so far all has been good .

Get this plan,its probably the best membership on anything I've had. Because it's the only one when you have an issue they actually help you. They actually do something. The perks and deals are a great plus,and I only get my best stuff from Best Buy. The money you can save is the biggest incentive. I like my new Acer PC but it didn’t come with Word. I have never in had a computer that came without Word but it has been quite a while since I had last bought a computer so I guess things have changed. Otherwise I line this Acer. It works very fast!

There are more quality technicians. They also take their time to explain things.

I love the idea of the membership he did save me money. But I haven’t been able to get into my account to see what I purchased. I’ve call many times to see what I need to get into the account. But after many calls still can’t get in.

Its so worth having this form of protection, along with being trated like VIP when it comes to deals! I love Best Buy and I Love having the inside scoop on deals before the average customer!
