I will say this is pretty handy. So far the upside is once a year no matter how many products. Not much to write other than the price is fair if you make a few purchases a year.

Total membership is a superb value. It gives me peace of mind with every purchase i make. In addition it has been useful when i needed help with computer problems that are typically solved by geek squad in 1 to 2 days.

I know this is a great investment! It saved me so much money and effort to get my computer fixed. Not to mention the additional discounts received. I got so much value from my total tech membership. I got a car alarm, amplifier, radio and speakers installed in one car, had an issue with a computer and had geek squad reformat and fix a a computer, took another car in for speaker upgrades, and at least 2-3 other great value things. was totally worth it for me. not sure I'll keep it for a second year as I got it because of the car install stuff. that's where i found the most value.

Best Buy is the Best. The sales advisor assisted with review of the appliance, to financing with no interest for 18 months, to delivery and set up. The membership plan offers much more. Best Buy protection is a great deal and when you have an issue, you can speak with a person. BEST BUY is the best.

It was a no brainer for my expensive MacBook Pro with the additional peace of mind for a 60 day return window. I also foresee buying additional Apple products like the AirPods Pro 3 and Apple Watch 11. Seemed like the subscription paid for itself with just the Apple Care benefits.

The Geek Squad agent I met with was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. He sent time time setting up my various programs. The guarantee, I purchased, completely covered the cost of the set-up. If you're buying a new computer and will need up setting it up, I fully recommend purchasing the guarantee

In regards to tech malfunctioning, I didn't know I would use this as much as I have so far. I think I've already made up the cost of the membership with repairs and IT support.

Not impressed with geek squad support after the location for support changed. Bought a new computer and there were issues with it. Took it in to geek squad three times and it's still not working right. They told me each time that it was fixed, but their monitors weren't working in the store, so they couldn't show me. I had to take the computer home where I would find out that it was not working. I'm so unimpressed that I am now going to pay out of pocket to have someone who is qualified to work on computers come and actually fix the issue. I'll most likely be canceling the total membership as it doesn't seem worth it (in this area) when unqualified people are the ones to help you out. Getting 2 stars because the people are at least really nice and try to help, it's one thing to be nice, but they don't seem to know what they are doing. (at least at the Baybrook, TX location). I will say that I've been to other locations that were good, but out here, I'll steer people away.

Amazing customer service they help me diagnose my laptop I was having issues with and that I needed it for work. They offered me multiple solutions to my issue and were able to set me up with the correct parts and fix my laptop in a timely fashion overall great experience in great customer service.
