This membership is worth every penny! We have 2 computers and call every month for a "tune up", and that's not including when we call for other issues. The tech folks are very knowledgable and courteous, and have always solved our issues. I recommend it to anyone, especially if you are a novice on the computer. And that's not to mention other discounts we receive just because we have the membership. It's worth looking in to!

Geek Squad cleaned our computer and cell phones, identifying and eliminating some spyware and malware from the computer. Attempts to hack our brokerage accounts have since ceased. Great job guys and gals and Geek Squad!

I really liked working with the Geek Squad guy ( I think hus name was David). He was very knowledgeable bd professional and provided the best recommendation for my particular situation with my husband's laptop, which is now my laptop.

This Membership had Warranty Coverage on all parts of my HP Computer, Keyboard and Mouse! I extended it, due to me buying an "Open Box" purchase! I found out that I had a defective Keyboard and Mouse! HP took care of it!
