This membership is of great value, I get to have Apple care for my both MacBooks, iPad and Apple Watch. Extended return period of 60 days is great for me. I am gonna keep renewing this membership

This membership has a real good value and discounts. They take care of you specially if something breaks.

The Total Tech membership is a no-brainer. Just as in the previous years, the membership paid for itself quickly. I've built my own computer boxes for 35 yrs, but this most recent trip to Best Buy was for a total PC workstation re-build. The Geek Squad crew shined once again with superb customer care and followed my instructions. While at my final inspection sppointment, I felt sorry for the folks in line around me, who would be bringing in devices regularly, and paying more than they needed to without a Total Tech membership. In fact, on each visit to Best Buy, it seems to me Geek Squad has the lion's share of business. Pretty quiet elsewhere. Just my observation.

Buy all my electrics from BEST BUY! They also handle my Inter Net Security with Webroot. They are very responsive, and talk to me with respect and understanding. At 67 years of age that means a lot!

I needed help with my computer. Someone recommended the Geek Squad. I was told if I bought a year membership that I would get support for the whole year from the Geek Squad. I felt like this was a bargain. I hope to use my membership for other things during this year.
