I joined for the support benefits provided as I purchased a new laptop with a new operating system. They moved over all my files from my old laptop to the new laptop, installed additional programs required, and will provide support going forward.

Salesperson was extremely helpful and patient. The tech was also the same. The transfer of files and pictures and everything else from our old tower was flawless and fast.
