My Best Buy Total membership is a good tool to have. Having just purchased a new computer, the gentlemen with the Geek Squad at the Downingtown store were very knowedgeable, helpful and got everything transferred without any issues.

I’ve been thoroughly impressed with Best Buy and their My Best Buy Total Membership. The membership itself offers great perks, and the Geek Squad program tied to it is an absolute game-changer. I recently had an issue with one of my new devices, and I was amazed at how quickly and efficiently the Geek Squad team resolved it. Their immediate response and top-notch service made the whole process hassle-free. If you're looking for a reliable place to buy electronics, Best Buy is hands down the best. Their customer service and support are second to none, and with the added benefits of the membership, I feel confident that any issues I encounter will be handled professionally and quickly. For me this is a great value. I have already saved money on having it. Paid for itself. Member prices, deals, plus unlimited Geek Squad support are great. For example my Mac pro came with the Apple care free as did some other perks for 3-4 months. My dishwasher with a good price, was installed for free to include the kit and haul away. There is no problem exchanging something if you feel you needed something else or it is faulty/broken. Also, love the peace of mind of getting protection plans on the purchases. I have recommended this plan to several other friends, who are very happy with it.

This has been amazing especially when you have kids in college and something goes wrong with the laptops. But the technicians at the Cumming store are not too nice. Can be very rude, not just to me bit I witnessed a technician be very rude to an elderly man that his phone didnt work because he didnt have an appointment. No one was in line and the technician had been just standing there and refused to see this little old man. Thankfully a nice man shopping saw all this and helped the little old man out. It was something simple that the little old man must of clicked on and didnt know how to get it changed back. Its sad that their isnt any customer service anymore in the country. Or respect for elders.

This memberships is great i have no worries about anything i buy if something gos wrong its taken care of almost right away.

It nice to know that we can call when we have a problem and the Best Buy team will be out to fix it.

Just signed up for the membership, since I have a new computer, that I bought at Best Buy. I want all the protection I can get, and this membership seem to fit me perfectly for now and the future.

Honestly, it seems expensive at first. But the amount of value you get for this is honestly incredible. You get free apple care plus on any apple device you purchase on that account. You get free full service on any PC you register under your account. You get a 2 month return period for anything including Apple products. The value in this is a lot more than you think.

This membership is a great thing to have. Discounts and GEEK Squad access are wonderful advantages.
