Recently I purchased my Total Tech Membership and a new Sony Bravia HDTV at the Best Buy in Summerlin--Las Vegas, NV. I have already used my membership and look forward to its continued benefits. These purchases were made possible by the help of Best Buy sales person Denzel. Denzel took the time to explain the features of the television I was interested in, and also the Total Tech membership. He showed me other television options also. He was really positive and willing to share his knowledge so that I could make an informed and comfortable decision. As a side note, a week before, my daughter purchased a microwave oven with the assistance of Denzel! Thank you, Best Buy.
