I love this membership. It really has been a great investment. First, the free delivery is an incredible feature. Secondly, when I have a problem with an appliance, electronic the service is top notch.

Good value if you shop a lot at Best Buy, especially if you are a tech enthusiast. The ability to price match up to 60 days within purchase of a product can help offset the cost of the membership in the long run.

We like the peace of mind knowing we will get the help we need. We wish we would use the services more often and sometimes wonder if membership is worth it as we are not into tech or TV's so we don't buy a lot. It has come in useful when we needed help with our computer. The people are always helpful, knowledgeable and considerate. They seem to want to do a thorough job.

I am not very tech savvy, so when I need help, the Geek Squad and my total membership team are there when I need them. I have not had a bad experience or unresolved experience yet. I do not worry about if something breaks or goes out of whack because my total membership covers most of the problems that can arise. I feel a little more at ease with the full coverage.

I bought this for the geek squad perks. Everyone has complained that the other aspects of the membership have declined, and I wouldn't know. Perfectly average service (they were swamped at no fault of their own). If you need a fix for some devices or are worried about one breaking, it's fine! The "discounts" you get for having this membership are nothingburgers.

For those who would use these benefits regularly I can see this membership having significant value. But less techy users should review the Plus membership as well. Value depends on the usage of offered features.

I do like my Best Buy credit card. and the savings i can get. i do miss the Greek Squad. i don't like the yearly protection plan they have today.
