I bought the extended membership plan with my new TV. I don’t expect any problems with my Samsung but, I do have computers I need to protect. The salesman made it very easy for me to purchase the plan.

So far, everything has worked very well. After purchasing my TV, the screen started malfunctioning after just three days, and the insurance responded immediately. In addition to being within the 15-day product warranty, the team came to pick up the TV directly from my apartment.

The membership was a great purchase. I have already putt to good use to have data migrated from my old Mac Book Pro to my new Mac Book Air. You and Dwight were wonderful to work with.

Membership is value for money. And you can rest assure that you are under their warranty, Cheaper than just getting a warranty from the manufacturer itself.

I have had this membership for about 7 yrs. Gives you up 24 month warranty on most anything you buy, Apple+ is given for 3 months. Before warranty is over, they will send you a reminder and a cost for at least a year! I have both 4 TV's, brackets, sound bar. Set up is Free. Computer issues, you can set an appointment or go online and talk to a Geek Squad member. They can with permission take over the computer and be able to fix issues and if they can't they will take to the store. Great buy for the money.

The Geek Squad support is Excellent. Response time is real good and courteous. Membership is more than worth it. It also should be noted that the sales staff is helpful and not pushy. I will stay with Best Buy.
