The Geek Squad did a wonderful job repairing and overhauling my Desk top computer. they got in completed in less than 3 days and that made me very happy.

This membership is WELL worth it. I have had to use it a couple times and it's great. The staff at Best Buy is awesome and every time I have taken something there or when I talked to someone online about something, they always make it right.

Love the peace of mind of having my computer looked out whenever a message pops up that looks phishy to me. Even an annual check up where they scan through it for any problems.
