Our LG TV has a great picture and sound. It was also very easy to connect! Because we have our membership we did not have to pay for the warranty.

This membership did everything they promised it would. Had a problem with my printer and they exchanged it with no attitude or long drawn out questionnaire. They were really concern about the customer being satisfied.

This has real value! Before my purchase I was going to pay several hundred dollars for the repair of my computer. With the Best Buy Total Membership, I was able to save over $100 plus I have the protection for the next year. I am sure it will pay for itself down the road.

I was contemplating whether or not I should renew my membership or if I should downgrade, but I the one for 179. It is plus tax so it’ll be more. While it is pricey it’s worth it. I have made 11 purchases and they are all under coverage. No need to pay one bill at a time each month. It’s convenient and cheaper. My products would’ve been much more. I also get support whenever I need. The membership is definitely a plus.

Not as good as it used to be. It really only pays for itself if you are able to take tour issue into the store. Does nothing for my massage tvs.

Love the membership because it includes FREE apple care for apple products purchased. Also, great to have to help when problems arise with the computers.
