Tried tried and kept on very long hold times with no response!! Also tried to contact Geek Squad and still as of this date unable to make contact. Had old computer transfer to new laptop! Programs transferred must had not been transferred or working!!

I love this membership. I’ve had it for several years and then updated about 3 years ago to the Total membership. It gives me peace of mind to know that any problems I have with my iMac; I have the Geek Squad in my corner. I would recommend the Best Buy Total membership to anyone who has a computer whether you have a Mac or a PC. They have really great service.
