Got to use best deals for all my purchases using my BB membership!

I’m glad I purchased this membership! It gives me a peace of mind if one of my items has an issue and I can just get it fixed or replaced.

Its good to have protection for big purchase items. I have not had to use this item. Not sure if i should keep it. I have not seen any extra slaes on things I am interesed it. But might be handy if you shop more here and for bigger purchases that require install and need protection.

This membership has been real deal. Though I have not had to use them several because my electronics from Best Buy seems to be durable. But for the few times I have used it, I was impressed with the geek quad services. Items were fixed or replaced without stress.

Geek Squad installation team was great. Customer service beyond them has been horrible. I keep getting routed to Panama - no one has accountability and they promise me call backs with resolutions which never happen. I am in the market for audio equipment for a second home I am purchasing and unfortunately will be forced to shop away from BB

So far so good, I want to see more of what this has to offer!

I bought this membership because the employee told me he didn't make commission off of up selling it to me. He simply told me that I would make a lot of money back in points due to my large purchase.

A time and money saver that pays for itself for frequent or semi-frequent customers.

Great value. Down loads to three devices from old computer which the Geek squad correctly determined was about to die. Geek squad help with new software on new devices. The extended 60 day return policy was a life saver when we finally determined that a new printer was defective after the regular 14 day return policy.

Too many visits to buy, start up computer, Geek Squad was GREAT!
