This is the only location I know of where I can walk or call in to receive advice and/or repairs to my computer, and they have always done well for me.

Sounds like it is worth it so I took it out. No problems yet with my purchase so far.

My previous computer was older and ran on Windows 10. I was hesitant to upgrade to Windows 11 and a new computer. But the support of the Geek Squad has surpassed my expectations. They have assisted me multiple times with great results

I subscribed for years, but I just dropped it because it no longer includes techs coming to the house to work on my computer issues. I liked that service. If you buy a lot of Apple gear, it may be worth the price now.

It’s a needed service if you have any digital equipment.

The membership is a good value should something go wrong with your equipment. The Geek Squad help is worth the price alone.

I love Best Buy warranties. This subscription makes it so much easier to stay on top of the warranties. I always purchase the warranties at Best Buy. By having this subscription, I no longer have to worry about the extra cost at checkout and I know that I am covered if anything happens in the future. I highly recommend this subscription.

I really don’t even know what this membership includes. Felt like it was an upsell when I brought my laptop in for maintenance with geek squad. I had an appointment, but still had to wait 30 minutes. I dropped my laptop off to be cleaned up. It took four days. I had to follow up, to see when it was done. Was told that it was going to take longer because two of The employees quit and they were understaffed. My computer is still acting weird so I don’t know that it was fixed at all.

I wasn’t sure what I was getting when I signed up for this membership, but I’m glad that I did. I’ve had my computer and my laptop looked at by geek squad. The service has always been great. When I buy in store items, I get good service. Soon I’ll be getting my new appliances and hoping to get the same service.

The squad took care of my issues, like they always do. Didn't even have an appointment one time, and still took care of me. Getting money's worth, for sure
