Have had great success with the Total membership. Knowledgeable agents readily available and can jump onto my computer remotely to fix my issues. Great value plus offers discounts to purchases and covers in-store Geek assists. Automatically renews my Webroot each year so I have no lapse in coverage. Totally satisfied with Total membership.

Best Buy membership is a good deal. They know what they're doing. Fixed a couple of computers quickly. I'm sure I'll use them for other stuff too.

My membership has already saved me $ and headaches—we purchased a laptop which immediately went on sale for about $200.00 less. The membership allowed us to repurchase the laptop at the sale price. We turned that $200 refund into an iPad purchase…yay us!
