I get great service and great advice whenever I have a question about my lap top or I-Phone. I am 79 years old and not very technologically aware. I get great advice from my Geek Squad guru's whether I make an appointment in the store or call on the phone.

Setting up new products is a breeze with their service and I love have easy access to the Geek Squad. They saved my sanity when I found I had been scammed and was locked out of my computer. I purchased a new laptop and Jeff was extremely helpful in setting in up for me and then wiping my old laptop so I could give it to my grandson. I have used the phone service when I needed help with my tv. I pick Best Buy for my any new product because I know they will provide my support and service when I need it.
