This is a great resource. It is expensive, but if the owner will actually take advantage of it and use it, it is cheaper than waiting for healing work. This is good for prevention.

They saved my sanity when I found I had been scammed and was locked out of my computer. I purchased a new laptop and Jeff was extremely helpful in setting in up for me and then wiping my old laptop so I could give it to my grandson. I have used the phone service when I needed help with my tv. I pick Best Buy for my any new product because I know they will provide my support and service when I need it.

I subscribed for years, but I just dropped it because it no longer includes techs coming to the house to work on my computer issues. I liked that service. If you buy a lot of Apple gear, it may be worth the price now.
