I get great service and great advice whenever I have a question about my lap top or I-Phone. I am 79 years old and not very technologically aware. I get great advice from my Geek Squad guru's whether I make an appointment in the store or call on the phone.

I liked that service. If you buy a lot of Apple gear, it may be worth the price now.
