This laptop is great and works great and so far it works

The Geek Squad did and excellent job cleaning my computer of multiple virises and malware. They completed the job ahead of schedule which was highly appreciated.

I used this membership for 3 different computers already and I bought it less than a month ago. So far, it is working great for me.

Do you have a lot of electronics? Like most people I do and I like to purchase the latest of technology. Now every time you purchase a product you find yourself having to buy some sort of protection plan, you don't have to do that anymore with the Best Buy total. You only pay this one time for a year and all of the products that you buy are protected under that one plan with no extra cost for 2 years. As long as you're I remember it's a no-brainer to me. You also gets customer service and geek squad service that include installation and includes software checkups etc

This membership saved me money when having information on my old laptop transferred to the new one. The price for membership is a little steep, but it's worth the price.

The live chat is all I've used so far. The employees that I've spoken to were incredibly patient and polite. I understand that it's not their fault that the information just isn't there for them to answer me fully. It's still annoying that when I've been asking for details on my delivery, I get the answer of "somewhere between now and Christmas." My order has been delayed twice now. I just want my laptop. I'll give a more accurate answer on the service when I actually have a chance to use it.

We are very pleased with the support team helping us to navigate the smart tv. Had a problem with the sony tv and the geek team connected us to sony.

They fixed the problem but now none of the saved logins work for any of the websites I need to access.

I have not actually used this service as yet; but I am definitely enjoying the piece of mind knowing I have someone I can rely on when the time arises.
