When you need tech support are tech repair they are a call away. When you purchase a product they will deliver and set it up for youand if you are like me that goes a long way.

The membership is worth the price. It covers more than one computer plus they offer support over the phone.

I have recouped my membership fee in the services I have received. Setting up new products is a breeze with their service and I love have easy access to the Geek Squad. They saved my sanity when I found I had been scammed and was locked out of my computer. I purchased a new laptop and Jeff was extremely helpful in setting in up for me and then wiping my old laptop so I could give it to my grandson. I have used the phone service when I needed help with my tv. I pick Best Buy for my any new product because I know they will provide my support and service when I need it.

Had all programs transferred from old computer to the new computer i bought.Also had my backup computer serviced,both are working great
