I was having trouble with my computer not working and I took it to best buy and I got the membership and they diagnosed the problem and fixed it for no additional cost all I had to pay for was the new part bc I bought it from a 3rd party

Pretty awesome everything that comes included with this membership I’ve only had it for about a week and it’s already paid for itself

So I purchased Best Buy total rewards membership and Warranty. So far it’s OK but every time I had an issue, they use the manufacturer warranty first which is OK, but I had a problem with the manufacturer and total rewards did not help still have any issues with my Apple headphones. Not fixed. Highly upset.

I just got my membership. Geek squad are very friendly and knowledgeable. Ive never had cameras before. They helped me all the way to set it up on my phone and installation.

Do you have a lot of electronics? Like most people I do and I like to purchase the latest of technology. Now every time you purchase a product you find yourself having to buy some sort of protection plan, you don't have to do that anymore with the Best Buy total. You only pay this one time for a year and all of the products that you buy are protected under that one plan with no extra cost for 2 years. As long as you're I remember it's a no-brainer to me. You also gets customer service and geek squad service that include installation and includes software checkups etc

This membership is the best subscription i can think of it checks so many boxes for coverage and i wouldn’t shop at best buy without it

my membership is the best my best buy total and i love it very much

We have had Best Buy Total membership for many years. We had a fire and had to replace all of the appliances but one. Our new stove[we have to cook a lot because of allergies] died in less than a year's time(electronic side of the gas stove), and we got the credit for it and bought a different model. I used the difference they gave us on a card to replace the last one that survived the fire, as it was dying(over ten yr old!). I strongly recommend their Total membership, as we have had electronics and appliances from them for years. They cover most things that go wrong, and charge less than most if it needs serious repairs. The added bonus is a 10% discount off anything you purchase there as a member. That helped us a lot when we had to replace so much all at once!!! It also gives coupons off toward different items at different times of the year.

I needed to purchase this item so that I could save $300 which was required so my data could be transferred from my old laptop to my new laptop.

The membership is a real value, mem wr prices plus unlimited geek squad support are great, also, we have peace of mind of getting protection plan on our purchases.
