The Geek Squad did and excellent job cleaning my computer of multiple virises and malware. They completed the job ahead of schedule which was highly appreciated.

This membership saved me money when having information on my old laptop transferred to the new one. The price for membership is a little steep, but it's worth the price.

I really don’t even know what this membership includes. Felt like it was an upsell when I brought my laptop in for maintenance with geek squad. I had an appointment, but still had to wait 30 minutes. I dropped my laptop off to be cleaned up. It took four days. I had to follow up, to see when it was done. Was told that it was going to take longer because two of The employees quit and they were understaffed. My computer is still acting weird so I don’t know that it was fixed at all.

This membership was well worth it! After having bought my LG dishwasher and having it installed, after 14 days it started having a sudsing error code and shutting off after 1 hour of running a normal 3 hour cycle: not fault of Best Buy installation but LG product mishap. The Geek squad came right out and within two days I had a new dishwasher installed for free and has worked perfectly ever since. And now I have peace of mind for two years if anything else happens. And hopefully will be able to renew the membership when it is going to expire.

never have gotten a tech who spoke clear English. Some are entirely un-understandable and I've asked to be transferred. Some are clearly unprepared for the job.

I used this membership for 3 different computers already and I bought it less than a month ago. So far, it is working great for me.

The membership has been very helpful and gives me great peace of mind when making purchases at Best Buy.

I am a millennial. I am also into tech. I fix most of my stuff, and I build and diagnose my own computers and other devices. BUT there are alot of items that I cannot get first party parts for or that cannot be fixed. That’s where this plan comes in handy for me. It includes pretty much every Protection plan, such as my TV, two MacBooks, my iPhones and iPads. It covers my headphones, consoles, gaming controllers you name it. While I won’t use the in store repair unless absolutely necessary such as my iPhone display cracking or whatnot. I do appreciate being able to swap out things that do die prematurely. I have peace of mind for atleast two years on most items if not longer(if I keep renewing the membership yearly). Having two iPhones, two iPads and two MacBooks(one for me one for my wife) i would normally purchase AppleCare +. Which would have cost me a few hundred dollars, but with this plan I get that coverage for two years AND it costs less to cover all of them for that time period. If you shop a lot at Best Buy, struggle with tech, or own a lot of Apple products this plan is well worth it.
