I love this membership. It's a very good membership, especially if you don't know how to put a computer together. my mom and I took our old computer. Apart and it was hard to put it back together. We couldn't do that, but the membership the Best Buy total membership came in handy to fix that and all we had to do was bring the computers to them do it and they did it in 24 hours.

I subscribed for years, but I just dropped it because it no longer includes techs coming to the house to work on my computer issues. I liked that service. If you buy a lot of Apple gear, it may be worth the price now.

The service is the best for all your laptops and electronics

I have used this for years. In 2023, it paid for itself over and over. BB sent worker to fix my computer, 0 charge. In the summer months, had to get a new refrigerator and microwave. Lowes charges delivery fee, installation fee, and haul away fee , close to 400.00 for each appliance. I got the refrigerator installed, old carried out, and delivery, all 00.00 and microwave too. I have peace of mind that my computer will be fixed if I need it and I would never buy an appliance anywhere else.

You get a lot of perks. Especially like knowing the Geek Squad will help you with any of your devices - even if they weren't bought at Best Buy. The free 2 year protection is also great for peace of mind.
