I joined the best Buy Total membership because the agents in the store assisted me several times with things I had purchased at the store. Each time my problem was resolved thru the item warranty. Recently with an item I did not buy at Best Buy the Geek Squad helped me understand how it works and explained to me how the member plan worked in detail.

The membership is of great value to me & I have used it already. The membership prices are good & I have earned credits already. The Geek Squad support has been utilized. The My Best Buy Total made my New Computer purchase So Easy. I bought the new computer. They transferred some of my data and pictures over to my New Computer, I had a few programs I also wanted to be put on my new computer. And they also told me how to set my current printer up to my new computer. All in All a Great easy experience.

Wonderful service. My hard drive crashed and I was lost. They replaced the drive immediately. Then my computer wouldn't talk to my printer. They fixed it over the phone.

Definitely i great idea to have. I use my laptop for business and i cant afford to pay a bunch of money to get it serviced when something happens. The membership comes with some services where i dont even have to pay. Very much worth it!

It’s worth the money and investment to pay for extended product protection plan after buying the important devices we pay good money for. Best Buy is always number 1 for providing peace of mind when things malfunction on their own or if there is even a mishap of dropping your electronics and causing accidental damage.

I would not go without the My Best Buy Total membership. It's been well worth the money. I've taken my phone and my computer in a number of times over the last few years and I've always been satisfied with the assistance I've gotten.
