I joined the best Buy Total membership because the agents in the store assisted me several times with things I had purchased at the store. Each time my problem was resolved thru the item warranty. Recently with an item I did not buy at Best Buy the Geek Squad helped me understand how it works and explained to me how the member plan worked in detail.

The My Best Buy Total made my New Computer purchase So Easy. I bought the new computer. They transferred some of my data and pictures over to my New Computer, I had a few programs I also wanted to be put on my new computer. And they also told me how to set my current printer up to my new computer. All in All a Great easy experience.

I won't liem It depends for people. If you do not come often, it is not the best. If you don't buy many phones, tablets or computers, it can be ehh? good for small tvs but anything with geeksquad coming to house? It still can cost (unless promotion says otherwise).
