Love the Geek Squad protection! I received all the help I needed to make my new purchase complete. The new computer has all my old data and Apple Library just the way I want it!

This membership is a great way to go. I would recommend it to anyone who hasn’t got a lot of experience with technology. I like knowing that if I have questions or concerns about my laptop, they will be there for me. The in store experience was great too!

Was (and still am) having a lot of issues with my HP laptop. Brought it in and all they did was clean it off and I had to start from scratch. It still has all the same issues it had before I brought it in for service. No answers were available as to what was wrong with it in the first place. I still have to reboot it at least once a day b/c it still freezes up with very little use. I realize this is more info about my laptop than the service, but I paid 200.00 just to reinstall everything myself and end up with the same issues.

To be honest, I do have peace of mind that my purchases are protected, mainly on big items like TV’s, appliances, etc.

If you don’t have an annual membership with these awesome techs, when your PC takes a dive you’ll wish you had spent a little to gain a lot of peace of mind not to mention sit back and watch them in action . They are good at what they do .

This is best and smartest move you can make when it comes to tech purchases. Best Buy membership is definitely worth it

My computer keyboard stopped typing, but Armando fixed it in just a few minutes, showing me what to do as he worked in case it happened again. The total membership is really worth it!

Purchased to transfer files from old computer to new. Everything was transferred easily. Geek Squad helped with renewal of Microsoft 365 issues as well.

We've been members for several years. It seems worth it, but admit we haven't used it much. But with plenty of appliances and electronics, it's probably good to have.
