Not impressed with geek squad support after the location for support changed. Bought a new computer and there were issues with it. Took it in to geek squad three times and it's still not working right. They told me each time that it was fixed, but their monitors weren't working in the store, so they couldn't show me. I had to take the computer home where I would find out that it was not working. I'm so unimpressed that I am now going to pay out of pocket to have someone who is qualified to work on computers come and actually fix the issue. I'll most likely be canceling the total membership as it doesn't seem worth it (in this area) when unqualified people are the ones to help you out. Getting 2 stars because the people are at least really nice and try to help, it's one thing to be nice, but they don't seem to know what they are doing. (at least at the Baybrook, TX location). I will say that I've been to other locations that were good, but out here, I'll steer people away.

I know this is a great investment! It saved me so much money and effort to get my computer fixed. Not to mention the additional discounts received. I could never again be without Totaltech. Someone like me who barely stumbles around with technology, yet cannot live without it needs Totaltech. To be honest, I haven't had to have their help ALL that much, but the peace of mind it gives me is worth EVERY PENNY !!! They are NICE and helpful and will answer the simplest questions right down to help with my mp3 (which I still can't use good, but I know who to call.) I've been hacked more than once and they have fixed the problem, saving me a LOT of money by the scammer. Thank you, Totaltech!
