I find that throughout the year, when something I purchased from Best Buy has an issue, this is a great tool for resolving the problem. Whether they come out and fix it or replace the item.

I think this membership is a great price. Had my laptop serviced and it is running great. The Geek Squad were knowledge and very friendly. Work was done in a timely manner.

The membership itself is actually nice but it is way too expensive for my budget that’s why I have it anymore
