I love having this membership and not having to worry about repair costs if/when necessary. It's also great because I can use it from home, without having to go into the store for service. The techs are very knowledgeable and quickly resolve whatever issue I'm having.

Picked up the membership for a cheaper fix on my PC. They got the job done and avoided me having to get a new PC.

Membership is a real value, it does pose a lot of temptations-LOL, especially for sale items but in the long run, it is really worth it!

What a great deal! I had issues with my laptop because of my lack of high level technical experience. Recently had a malware problem and it's covered under my new total plan.

I'm very pleased with the Sony Bravia 75" TV. It is an upgrade from my previous 60" TV. The colors are excellent, it's easy to operate with the remote and I might buy another one for my bedroom if I win the $400.

I did not realize what I actually had in my possession. I had to use my protection plan recently and it was a pleasurable experience. Easy to use, no hassles, and worth every penny. I totally recommend having this membership.

I bought an All In One computer. After hearing about all of the "ifs and Maybes" it seems like purchasing the membership may be a good investment. Time will tell. Expect to purchase a laptop for my wife very soon. The membership may add value then.

The service can be good. One suggestion - level 2 Technicians need to talk to customers before they do anything.

This was one of thee best purchases that I've made with Best Buy. This membership provides discounts on items, assists with electronics when there's an issue with best service and they the customers service when installing is top tier. This membership is a must.
