This membership is a good investment and I would recommend it to everyone. I like discounted prices on products, 24/7 Geek Squad support. Most importantly peace of mind I have protection on the products I purchased.

i don't think i've used it yet, but i'm glad i have it, if something goes wrong, this is the only way it can be easily fixed with a satisfactory resolution.

Was definitely worth getting this with the bonus rewards I received and the discount in product the day of! It basically gave me a 2 year protection plan and membership for free with my purchase. Definitely recommend getting this for all items big and small!

Best way to keep from pulling my hair out was to purchase this Best Buy Total Membership. I purchase this EVERY year and consider it worth every penny. I have used it at 3 or 4 A.M. and the geek saved the morning for me. I have had it for the past 10 or 12 years. It is good insurance for your old purchases and your new ones when you retire your old ones. Love Love Love , I'm not techy, I leave it to them, and they have never let me down. I can use but I can't fix, or trouble shoot...I will never be without it.

They definitely fixed the problem but I now have less memory now (from 64GB to 16 GB).

The membership is totally worth it. I bought it and they did their job quickly. I loved how they assembled my PC, doing a great job with the cables and everything else. They provided good service and treated us kindly, and they let us test it before we left. It's 100% worth it.

HP was having an issue, and the Geek Squad fixed the problem at no charge. They were GREAT!!!!!

May be a duplicate post (not sure if the other one went through). The warranty and access to Geek Squad pays for itself. If you are getting some new hardware and/or have a cache of ood stuff, you will get your money’s worth out of it.

In my opinion the My Best Buy total membership is awesome. I love purchasing new items and they are included in the program, instead of buying an extended warranty each time I buy something. I purchase a lot of merchandise from Best Buy and if you're like me, you want to add the extra protection to the electronics you buy. The membership adds that freedom for all the things you buy as long as the membership is active. So, if you're trying to decide if the program is right for you, look at what you're buying and compare the extended warranty price to the membership price and all of it's benefits of the program. You'll see for yourself, there is no comparison. I would tell anyone who shops at Best Buy like I do, get the My Best Buy Total membership because it's definitely worth the value you pay each year. I told my friend about it and he signed up when I explained the benefits to him. Try it and enjoy.
