I was highly impressed with what this membership has to offer. When I purchased a new laptop and the membership with it, I was told I could bring my old and new laptops in to have all the data from the old transferred into the new. I was so glad, as I knew I could mess that up. When I picked them up, the manager informed me that if I had any problems at all, I could call them directly. If I get a computer virus, they will fix it at no charge. The membership rate is worth it!!!

I've had friends (both live in other states) who were big on the Geek Squad. Since I'm not a techie, I decided to buy my new computer at Best Buy so I could rely on the Geek Squad for help. They are great!

I would like it better if it would not cost so much, If they would do a monthly clean without me calling them. Otherwise they are wonderful when I call they help me out Thank you

This membership has saved me so much money. It really is a bang for your buck. I took my laptop in to get fixed because it would freeze constantly and would be so slow and this membership just for fixing my computer saved me hundreds of dollars.

This membership is a great value, membership, prices, and appliance protection all year long. This is a must in my book.

Something I am always looking for is the documentation on the products I buy. This program allows me to have peace of mind with whatever I use or purchase in the store in this year.

I like the fact that I receive a notice if an item purchased goes on sale within 60 days that I receive credit for the lower price.

Have definately worried less hsving this membership. Have used it 3 x already so just about paid for itself

I purchased a Best Buy total care membership 2-3 years ago and I renew it every year because you never know what can happen to your electronics. If the item is not covered by the manufacture, there is either no charge or a small charge. GREAT SERVICE!!!!

Used the Geek squad and Rene was terrific. Patient,knowledgeable and kind.

This membership is probably the best membership I have ever bought. Just knowing that your electronics are protected, gives you great comfort and relieves you of stress
