I hoped to get help resetting some of my tablets. I need to add a new windows 11 to my computer because it has so much malware that’s hidden. Can you help with this?

Don t know much about the membership. I left the store without the geek squad appointment i requested and have no idea about what i get as i told the sales person my husband had just died a veteran and i needed a reliable way to handle V A coraspondance i got office 365. I hope has some kind of protection for the lsp top. Its taken me 4 days to add my pay accounts to it. So i guess i really don t know if its a good deal or if i was just up sold because i was a woman who lost her husband.

This is a great deal. I blew up my KEF R-11 Metas and they replaced them on the spot. Makes repairs or replacement very easy

This membership is s great value providing me with unlimited Geek Squad support.

I really like this subscription with the amount I shop at Best Buy. I feel like it could either be less expensive or them add more deals or something but it's pretty nice to have if you're a frequent shopper.

This card is very flexible and offers lots of savings. The Geek Squad are my technology friends. They are always there to help when needed. Great card that gives you piece of mind.

Absolutely GREAT. The plan made Bestbuy the only place to shop. I would give 5 stars but Bestbuy is taking away the delivery and installation which will make this plan virtually worthless. We bought several things because of it. We bought a stove, refrigerator, washer and dryer, they were all delivered and set up free of charge. We purchased a big screen TV, along with a wall mount, sound bar and Govee light, Best Buy delivered, wall mounted it and set it up. We had a automatic start installed in my car and a stereo and back up camera installed in my husband's truck. We also brought several other items that had covered protection under the Total Tech plan such as 2 cell phones, microwave, vacuum, echo show just to mention a few. All this was done without out paying extra. We had planned on buying another washer, dryer, security camera and lighting, cordless vacuum, another automatic start and 2 more smart phones (probably S23 ultras) but with the Total Tech gone we are back to shopping for the best deals.

This membership is worth every penny. It has paid for itself several times over.

I'm ambivalent about the value of this membership. The changes in what it covers have dramatically limited its worth, but I keep it in hopes it will help at least a bit, if I do have problems. I do highly value the assistance I've had from the Geek Squad.

This membership may seem pricey but it’s worth it for the peace of mind that you get knowing you have the Geek Squad to solve any problems you might have.
