This has been great so for. We have used on several occasions and the Geek Squad make it easy.

We like the peace of mind knowing we will get the help we need. We wish we would use the services more often and sometimes wonder if membership is worth it as we are not into tech or TV's so we don't buy a lot. It has come in useful when we needed help with our computer. The people are always helpful, knowledgeable and considerate. They seem to want to do a thorough job.

I love this membership. It really has been a great investment. First, the free delivery is an incredible feature. Secondly, when I have a problem with an appliance, electronic the service is top notch.

Good value if you shop a lot at Best Buy, especially if you are a tech enthusiast. The ability to price match up to 60 days within purchase of a product can help offset the cost of the membership in the long run.

I am not very tech savvy, so when I need help, the Geek Squad and my total membership team are there when I need them. I have not had a bad experience or unresolved experience yet. I do not worry about if something breaks or goes out of whack because my total membership covers most of the problems that can arise. I feel a little more at ease with the full coverage.

The memberships has really come in handy with computer repairs!! Shout out to mr. Sal he deserves a raise

My old laptop needed help. Then I got hacked. I bought the Total membership to avoid paying ala mode for services. That saved me a bunch of money. My hard drive was replaced and my old laptop runs like a new one.

It feels great to have a year of professional service available for my laptop purchase and anything else that may I purchase in the next 12 months.

It was rocky at first several things went wrong or didn’t happen like told but eventually had a tech that helped and set me up

Great idea. After purchasing the Best Buy Total Membership I was able to have them transfer all of my files to my new computer at no extra cost. Great savings.
