I had this service for a couple years it’s very good if your constantly buy items out of Best Buy buy it is pricey when you see that charge on your card cause you just don’t have it everything you buy was under warranty which I like I just couldn’t afford it

I just renewed my Total Membership recently, after letting it expire, since I wasn't shopping for electronics often. Had an issue setting up by calling HP direct instead of Best Buy. Got scammed but called BB right away. Tech fixed in about 30 min. Lesson learned. Go thru BB for everything!

This membership is so totally with the cost. Due to the Best Buy membership Protection, I always buy major appliances from Best Buy.

Our computer needed some repairs which would have been more than the membership. We just bought a new small TV so for the next year, it's covered.

It's a relief to have a techie available to help me solve my printer problems. They took care of my question over the phone in an efficient manner.

Was told by sales person and representative at the Best Buy 800 number that all I had to do was bring my old computer in with new and they would transfer everything in 20 minutes. Had to bring it back and leave it for a day and half. Then when I went to pick them up they couldn’t find my old computer’s charging cord. Has to go back again to pick it up. Sales associate kept saying he’d have to check cameras when he had 2 people telling him that I left the cord. To many trips and over 59 spent on phone with 800 trying to straighten out my account.

Great values on all your items you buying getting 2 year warranties while your total membership is still active and get extra sales all year long.

If you buy a lot of electronics and make sure to get them form Best Buy, the membership is invaluable. I’ve definitely been a fan.

The Geek Squad has helped my family many of times. They have have came to me house and fixed my TV they fixed my Laptop. I highly recommend getting this if you can afford it.
