I have been a member for 20 years since My Best Buy Total was first introduced in Beta form. It is worth the access and expert friendly help from the Geek Squad especially when you own more that one computer.

Great value. I bought laptops for my kids and my daughter accidentally broke my son’s screen. I brought it in to Best Buy and in no time I was taken care of. Being covered offers a peace of mind that’s second to none.

I took out the membership mainly for the unlimited 24/7 Geek Squad support. They have been so very helpful in several cases of virus' and have helped keep my computer running at its best. The protection plan with purchases is a major plus.

I dropped an item off very impressed with customer service and the yearly membership fee seems completely reasonable. I only give it three stars because now that my device is done and it’s scheduled to pick up. There’s only one appointment per day for pick up and it’s in the middle of the day you can’t just go in and pick up your device whenever it’s done you have to make an appointment to talk with an agent while you’re there. It’s very frustrating. I’ve had to reschedule it four times other than that great investment.

Quality service. Bought the Total membership for discounted data transfer fee from old computers, set up, and tech support ... all of which came in handy. Would have rated 5 stars if it would have been easier to speak with someone in the store rather than being transferred to India every time I called in. Support was effective, but was a hassle to get assistance. ended up having to drive up to the store to speak with an associate.

Peace of mind and able to breathe easier. My mother was a victum of identiy theft, scared and already so much financial loss-I felt it was hard to see what our next step should be. This membership may be a good value, time will tell...I was not told until after I committed to the membership by having my Card swiped....I may have reconsidered had I know of the High Price with this option and the automatic reaccuring yearly charges...I believe all info should be given up front so the proposed member feels he is tgruly entering into a valid partnership...Leaves a hollow feeling after the fact...

When my laptop became sluggish the Geek Squad was able to clean it up and restore it to its normal speed and productivity. The Geek Squad is impossible to reach by phone, and the appointment system is strained - too many customers and not enough Geeks. I waited 3 days to get my laptop back which seemed lengthy, but I am happy with the outcome.
