I can't think of a better added value to the already wonderful deal we received on the computer we purchased. The Geek Squad had already proved themselves to us with their knowledge and advice. Now, knowing that we have this level of protection at our backs brings nothing but comfort and confidence to us as we move forward in our nonprofit.

AppleCare makes the value amazing since it easily adds up for devices like iPhones and Computers (buying just one can almost pay for the membership price in AppleCare savings).

I love having the best buy protection as they covrr anhthing I buy from them. I have actually had to use this twice and had no issues at all, way better then going through normal warranties. Thia is a must have with all electronics! Mucrowave, cell phones, mp3, ipad, labtops, tvs all what I have bought at verizon.

After having so much trouble with my laptop in such a short timeframe, the membership has already paid for itself. On top of that, I had to buy a new laptop and now I have 2 years full warranty which again, double paid for itself.

I am glad I got this because I am going to buy other electronics from them, so I just buy this one time to cover everything. I am excited to buy another item from Best Buy. Also, the staff were very helpful, friendly, and informative. I am glad that I went to them!!

You just don't know when your computer stops working. I cancelled my membership and guess what, it got stuck and I could not attach my resume, and I lost my chance to get the job.

i'm very glad to have the support team ready and very able to assist me. I still have a few more questions to run by them at some point and appreciate their availability and knowledge

This membership is a real value and ads worth to our recent new computer purchase. The only concern I have is the appointment process... it takes too long for one who live 35 miles from the store.

Without an appointment you cannot get any work done. You must make an appointment and make another trip back to the store. How can you call that customer service. When my annual service contract runs out so will I.

I’m very happy with my My Best Buy Total membership. The member pricing has already saved me money, and having access to Geek Squad support whenever I need help is a huge plus. I also like the peace of mind that my purchases are covered. Overall, it feels like a great value, especially if you shop at Best Buy regularly.

To be honest, I signed up for a discount… I’ve actually had a very complex year with all of my technology lol. I’ve had my laptop crash and computer is malfunction and having this has been really useful this year. Personally, I think it is overpriced, but I have definitely gotten mymoney back with all of the repairs and services that I’ve used with it. But the gentleman who helped me set it up was not nice at all. Definitely lied about how it works and the cancellation policy but does not matter anymore because I have actually found to take good use for it. Five stars for the product and zero stars for the employee that help sign me up.

I just purchased this product for the first time and used the Geek Squad for the first time. My jury is still out on the value of this product. At this time, I would probably buy it again but I'm not 100% sure yet. Will review again after I use their services again.
